  • Complimentary businesses nearby: Dollar Stores, Auto Parts, Value Grocery, Cash Advance stores.
  • Current Existing utility infrastructure (Electric capacity, water, and sewer line size)
  • Location of utility lines to accomodate potential sizing expansion.
